The innovative Pando algorithm uses natural language processing and AI to automatically parse each job description and cross-index key attributes such as required skills, education, certifications, and even job title synonyms against the company's vast recruitment taxonomy in order to determine the correct classification. The optimal targeted job ad campaign strategy is then assigned based on the classification and historical performance data for similarly classified jobs. Since job classification is determined using the full job description, jobs that may appear the same based on job title alone are often assigned different campaign strategies due to other requirements found in the description such as education level and required skills.
